SMS / text messaging program

Effective June 8, 2026

Believory sends low-volume, transactional account and service text messages — never marketing. This page describes the program and how you consent to receive these messages.

How you opt in

When you create an account at believory.com, after you enter your own mobile number you check a consent box to receive text messages from us. It reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Believory — my sign-in code and account & service messages, like a reminder to verify and keep my child’s call before it expires. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Checking the box is your express opt-in, recorded with a timestamp. Because we sign you in with a one-time code sent by text, agreeing to receive texts is part of setting up your account — and you can stop service messages at any time by replying STOP.

What messages you’ll receive

  • The one-time code used to sign in to your account.
  • Account and service notifications, including a reminder to verify and keep a child’s call before it expires.

Frequency & rates

Message frequency varies and is low — these are transactional messages, not a recurring marketing list. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out & help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; we stop sending immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@believory.com.

Your privacy

We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in (consent) information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, and only to send them. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
