Believory is operated by American Home Goods LLC. To give your child a personalized call, we collect information you provide about them — their first name, age or birthday, and any interests or notes you choose to add — and we record and transcribe the calls to operate the service and create short memory summaries and “memories” that make future calls feel personal.
We use this information only to provide and improve the service. We never sell it, and we never use your child’s information for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make calls work (telephony, AI voice, and payment), listed in our Privacy Policy.
What we collect about your child

Recording and transcription
Calls are recorded and transcribed to operate the service and create short memory summaries and “memories” that make future calls feel personal. We do not retain call audio; only the transcript is kept, and it is automatically deleted after 90 days.
No sale. No advertising.
We never sell it, and we never use your child’s information for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with the service providers that make calls work:
- Telephony (connecting the call)
- AI voice (running the in-call conversation)
- Payment (processing your subscription)

You are in control
You are in control. At any time you can review your child’s information, delete it, or close your account — which permanently removes their profile, call history, summaries, and memories. To do any of this, use your account portal or email support@believory.com.
